Alongi
Giuseppe Alongi is a business executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of international experience in the energy sector and a proven track record of business deals successfully concluded. During his career he demonstrated to have excellent leadership, human resources and planning skills, and strong technical knowledge in the energy field.
Giuseppe has been mainly active in middle east and north Africa during the past 10 years, and from 2019, he serves as Advisor for the Military Shipping division of Fincantieri to support the company to identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities. Thanks to his expertise, the company successfully closed one of the most important deals of the Italian military navy industry with the sale of two frigates to the Egyptian Ministry of Defence.
Since then, he has been supporting major Italian companies operating in the defence industry to expand their activities in Africa and the Gulf Area. In 2021, the president of Italy Sergio Mattarella conferred him the title of Knight of Merit of the Italian Republic because of his commitment in promoting Italian companies in Egypt.

Stefano Prandi
Stefano Prandi is a Certified European Financial Analyst and Ordinary Member of the Italian Association for Financial Analysis in Milan. He grew up in the Middle East and started his career in the banking industry as a financial analyst for Emirates National Bank of Dubai and later as a Capital Markets Advisor for Credit Agricole Italy.
In 2018, he joined a Family Office in Switzerland where he oversaw all financial, tax and corporate advisory aspects for clients operating in Middle East and North Africa. His responsibilities also include KYC procedures, anti–money laundering (AML), preparing the yearly budget, and maintaining and developing relationships with government authorities.
Stefano holds several directorship positions in Switzerland, Italy, Luxembourg, and UK. He graduated in Geneva, and he holds a master’s degree (MSc) in international finance. Currently, he is obtaining a Master in Advanced Studies (MAS) in International Tax Law from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland.
